All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our registered pharmacist prescriber or authorised prescriber. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.

Your payment will only be processed once you submit your order. If your prescription is not approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as some medications may require a signature.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at the details provided on our website. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of medication for safety and legal reasons under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If your prescription is declined, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for approved but undelivered orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
